Eve Meeting
An informal meeting on the 1st Monday of each month |
What is it?
A regular meeting on the 1st Monday of each month (except for this month of course), in the evening (EVE get it?) at Les Bains.
What is it about?
An opportunity for active and other members to see each other outside of activities or work such as shows, trash week-ends or purely work meeting like the synch meeting.
This should also give a possibility to members who are friends or volunteers to get somewhat involved or better informed, besides the web site and our somewhat irregular newsletters, especially for members who are busy during the day. This would be additional to the yearly retreat.
What is the form?
An informal get together with a light (2 to 3 items) agenda. Something between a connective dinner (but in a smaller group) and a synch meeting.
